Area eateries clear the air 
Two Winona-area bars this month have voluntarily banned smoking, and so far there hasnt been any fuss. The Green Mill Restaurant and Bar at Highway 43 and Homer Road put up its No Smoking signs July 1. The Monarch Public House in Fountain City, Wis., followed suit Wednesday.
